We appreciate your interest in LTKP soccer camp. Due to high demand, we will conduct a lottery to allocate spots for the camp.

To enter your child into the lottery, please complete the following with the requested details. Only one entry per child is allowed. If you have multiple children, please submit a separate form for each child.

We will randomly select 24 names for each age group from the received entries. If your child is selected, we will notify you via email on July 12th.

Lottery rules

• The lottery will be conducted randomly, and spots will be allocated based on availability. Submitting an entry does not guarantee your child a place in the camp.

• Once a spot has been allocated, parents/guardians will be provided with further information to register their child.

• Parents/guardians must register their child within 7 days of receiving the lottery selection email, or camp spot will be given to a child on the waitlist.
